New England Credit Union can provide you with an account designed specifically for holding rent and settlement payments as required by law.

Conditions do apply. Real Estate licensees must inform the Credit Union in writing that they are opening or operating a trust account required under the act and this notice must be signed by the licensee. Any fees and charges incurred on the account will be debited to the S1 account of that membership and there will be no financial benefits in the form of interest payments made to the account.
