New BSB (932 000) – Change by 31St December to avoid inconvenience
We would like to thank members for their assistance in helping us change to our new BSB. While the rate of transition to the new BSB has been pleasing, many members still need to change the BSB that is quoted on direct debits and credits to and from their account.
It is particularly important to change this number prior to 31St December 2010 as the automatic diversion to the new BSB that is currently in place will cease as of this date. This means that members who have still quoted the old BSB will have any electronic payment sent to the old BSB returned to the remitter. If you haven’t changed your BSB, this means you will not receive your regular electronic payroll and/or direct debits from your account will not be processed.
While the new BSB is a change for Orana Mutual and Hunter Mutual members, New England Mutual members would recall from previous newsletters that using the new BSB provides the Credit Union with significant savings which can, in turn, be passed on to members through our competitive range of products and services and large branch network.
We ask you to continue assisting us by quoting BSB 932000 every time you establish a new direct debit or direct credit to your membership and by ensuring all existing direct debits or credits are changed to reflect the new number...
