Position/s Vacant – Corporate Services

We are currently seeking motivated and talented individuals to fill the following two (2) positions within our Corporate Services department, at our Head Office in Armidale.

Corporate Services Coordinator
(Full time position, however part time hours may be considered for the right applicant)

As the Corporate Services Coordinator you will be responsible for co-ordinating and running the Corporate Administration office, ensuring administrative support to relevant departments. This role requires the supervision and delegation of duties to staff to ensure its efficient and effective functioning. Additionally, the Corporate Services Coordinator will assist the Head of Corporate Services with Facilities and Procurement Management functions throughout NECU’s branch network.

Corporate Services Officer
(Part time: 22.5 hrs p.w.)

As the Corporate Services Officer you will be involved in ensuring the efficient and effective running of the Corporate Administration office, ensuring administrative support to relevant departments. Additionally, you will be responsible for providing professional secretariat services in support of the Executive Assistant along with administrative duties such as report preparation and meeting coordination. Critical to this role is the flexibility to attend and act as minute secretary for Board and various committee meetings as required.
