The Community Mutual Group will consider each member’s circumstances on an individual basis to assist you during your temporary financial hardship or other reasonable causes.

Members who apply for assistance during temporary financial hardship will need to complete a current Statement of Financial Position online form. This form is also avaliable as a PDF on our website HERE, throughout the branch network and by calling us on 132 067.
